Fingerhut Reports $165 Debt I Do Not Owe After Loan Application

By trying to get a loan I found after pulling my credit report that Fingerhut/Jefferson Capital has been reporting to the credit bureaus that I owed them 165.00. I know this may not seem like a lot but I do not owe them any money. Also after spending hours researching this and trying to get to the bottom of this account. I can't find anyone to get a hold of to figure this out and get my credit straight. I have a dispute filed right now with Equifax and I am sitting by having to wait for their answer.
