Ripoff, fraudulent credit reporting

By trying to get a loan i found after pulling my credit report that fingerhut/jefferson capital has been reporting to the credit bureaus that i owed them 165.00. I know this may not seem like alot but i do not owe them any money. Also after spending hours researching this and trying to get to the bottom of this account. I can't find anyone to get a hold of to figure this out and get my credit straight. I have a dispute filed right now with equifax and i am sitting by having to wait for their answer.
