Sureway Beneficial rip-off, credit card fraud, identity theft, crooks, promises

Well, it is nice to see I'm not the only one who still believes someones word. This company needs to be put out of business. They are a fraud. Sureway Benificial is not benificial.

I received a call from this company, they claimed they had a credit card with a $2000.00 limit with 0% interest for the first 3 yrs, and only 1.9 after that. (too good to be true)

Well I was skeptical at first, so i asked several questions, like does the card have to have money deposited into an acct. Or do i have to buy from their catalog, I was assured it was not, but it was a mastercard and could be used as such. I had to give them my bank info for them to deduct the $249 and it would take about 25 days for them to process my info and send the card.

So on april 24th I gave them my acct info and the $249.00 was taken. Well to make a long story short, on July 1st, we received our package after weeks of calling and complaining. Surprise, it was not what they promised so i called to get a refund, and the operator "susan", said it was non refundable but if i wished i could write a Marsha Grant at the above address, she reassured me it would do no good, but i was welcome to try. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, she said there was not one I could speak with, and no other numbers to call. $250.00 is not a lot of money, but is almost a house payment, or food or even gas for me and a lot of other folks out there.

I hope someone can help us all get our money back, my bank so far is no help. But am hoping for the best.

One more thing, they told me there was a mix up in shipping of several thousand cards over the memorial day weekend, I asked what happened a month before that, she didn't know. But there was always an excuss.
