What can be done now? We will do something

We posted a few days ago with our unbelieveable experience with Ocwen.

I visited the office of thrift supervision, and have done tons of research in the mean time.

We see our lawyer tomorrow to handle our Bankruptcy... Which we filed only to save our home. We have no other debt other than our mortgage.

To someone who hasn't had this type of experience, we seem crazy. We know people think that WE have had to done something wrong for the bank to attempt forclosure... If we were never behind on our payments, then how on earth can a bank forclose... Etc. Sounds like most of you have had the same experiences.

So now, after reading all the complaints... And what individuals may have done to try to fight back... Where has it gotten any of us? Piled up with late fees and unbelieveable charges on our mortgages, and even loosing our homes?

So far no action has been taken to stop this. We will do something. Whatever it takes, we will see lawyers, call news channels, file charges, travel and track down government officials who will do something.

I refuse to loose my home when we were never in the wrong, and I refuse to pay unbelieveable amounts of money we don't owe. How many other people has this happened to that we don't know about?

I will keep you posted on my visit with out lawyer tomorrow.
