We were notified in April that we were in foreclosure. They sent the April payment back to us. I asked what the problem

Was, and they said it was due to back forced place insurance. I told them that I called customer service and would take care of this matter. We had recently lost a large account being in business for ourselves. The legal department said how much money do you have, I told them I can pay the $2200. Due, they I Quote,

Sorry we have accelerated attorneys fees, I could not believe this was real. I called the banking commission, and they investigated them coming up with the conclusion they are not liscenced in the state of Florida, for that matter not liscened anywhere because they fall under the catagory of a servicing co.

Not a mortgage company. Well needless to say we have had our property for 15 years, and refinanced with Homecomings in 1999, and was the biggest mistake we ever made. We filed bankrupcy to protect our property with an attorney that started out fine, but dropped the ball when we told her we were being double escrowed in our bankrupcy payments.

Not only victimised by Homecomings, but our attorney was too busy to listen to us about this problem. Bankrupcy was the last thing we wanted to do, it is an unbelievable mess. We suffered so much pain and hardship all for the fact that GMAC, General Motors

Stole for years monies from the pention funds of hard working Americans. Their profits are being diminished due to the fact now they have to pay back the money they stole, oh poor little theifs the people should get accellerated interest just like their mortgage company does to their customers! We refinanced with a local company in February 22nd, and do you know they failed to acknowledge our closing. Our property went to sale on February 23rd. We are still in a litigation now with a 3rd party who feels that he bought the property fair and square at the court house steps.

Unbelieable, here we have gone to closing, paid $64,000 to pay off a loan that originated to be $47.000 back 6 years ago. You put the numbers together, we want to sue for financial damages and help other to please please do not trust these thugs. We had been making payments on our new mortgage, and Homecomings still has us in foreclosure! Please help!!!
