I completely fell into Capital Choice's sick trap. Here is some information I got while trying to cancel this "credit card" that might be some help for other victims. I actually reached someone on their customer service line where I was spoken to by an extremely rude woman who informed me that I couldn't cancel my membership until I received the card in the mail. She seemed to have an rude answer for everything, including when I mentioned how many times the company was complained about on this website. The number I reached them at was 1-800-803-4174.
I will never fall into this trap again.
