Poor practices, dishonest, dont use this company for your mortgage!

Over a month ago me and my wife contacted this company for a mortgage, I am in the military and one of the guys in the National Guard unit I support worked for them, he got us our guarentee letter after running our credit and we proceeded to find a house. After finding one and putting a contract on it we gave the information to Joe. Settlement wasnt for another month so we gathered all the documents we needed etc..., Joe had to go to his 2 week training so the company fired him, their first big problem, Yes they fired him because he is in the military and had to go to his 2 weeks.

Anyways so another guy took over the loan named Alan, we contacted him and he said everything was good to go, well 2 days prior to settlement he calls saying we have a problem. After fighting over this we get the go ahead, the day of settlement myself, my wife, and our buyers agent all contacted him and his boss who reported to us that everything was fine and we were good to go. Less than an hour before we were supposed to close they call stating we have another problem and need more documents.
So after having to get an extension approval from the seller, I get the 2 other documents for them and we set up a new settlement date of Monday, a week and a half after the original date.

On Saturday we get a call from the Manager of that office stating that unless we can provide verification of rent for the past year we cannot get a loan. Yes after more than a month of this BS they come up with this, so needless to say we have defaulted on the contract due to them and lost the house, along with the inspection fee's, the title fee's and etc... Beware this company they will tell you everything is ok and then pull the rug out from under you.
