Ripoff, No service at all, refused credit on line, then charged my account anyway Online

This is truely one of the webs biggest group of rip off scum. My credit card number was declined on line, thus I was denied their services on line. The credit card has plenty on the limit, I couldn't understand the problem? I thought Oh well, at least I won't be charged, because the card was denied. WRONG! I recieved mt credit card statement, there was a $34.95 charge to my card from guess who? CIC credit report.

Now they have my money and I recieved nothing in return. This is the second time I have been ripped off online. I let the first time slide by, but this alomst enrages me to think that a group of scum like CIC can refuse to serve me, then steal $34.95 from my credit card, and think that I am going to just accept it.

I contacted CIC about this, and all I got was the routine run around B.S. Which only makes me want to pursue this at all costs. I am going to continue to fight this through whatever channels of recourse necessary in order to get my money back and hopefully help get resolve and justice for others who have been wrongfully stolen from by CIC. This isn't over until I am satisfied that justice and fairness has been served.
