Ripoff offered credit card that is usless charged my account $79.95 fee

Dumb me! I recieved a call from usa platium credit card company, telling me that they approved me for $7500.00 in credit for a one time fee of $79.95. Dumb me thought it was good idea to have a credit card to establish my credit again. Wrong! This card id usless. You can only buy on line with it. You have to pay for shipping and handling up front. You can not buy anything with the card that they consider on sale. They are over priced on everything. And 99% of the things they offer are on sale, so you cannot use thier credit card. What a joke!!! This company should be stopped preying on people. This so wrong. I called this company be careful of any offers on line. They all seem to have a catch to them.
