ABC Mortgage
I took NO LOAN from the Mortgage Company and They are garnishing my wages for their commissions on a sell

I applied for a home loan through this company on 12/2. The company tells me everything is fine on the loan. They asked for certain conditions such as a certain amount of money in my checking account, due to the loan was FHA. I had the funds their that was asked for on the first request from the mortgage broker.

I had signed a GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE and a STANDARDS AND DISCLOSURE LETTER becouse I thought the loan was completed. Next thing I know the loan officer asked for an additional $1600 to be shown in my checking account which I did not have, nor could I get at the time. To get that amount of money may have taken me 6 months. So I told the loan officer I could not do this right now, he tells me I cannot wait, so I told him I am just not interested in a loan at this time.

Four months later he turns into a collection agency $2418 funds I owe ABC mortgage, keep in mind I borrowed no money from this company at all. The collection agency tells me I need to get a lawyer to resolve the issues, I tried getting a lawyer and found out it would cost me just as much money with them as if it would to just pay ABC mortgage. So I just let things go.

As of the Month of May the Collection Agency MGM Collections got a judgement filed against me without me recieving any thing to go to court on a certain day. My wages since then has been garnished $3000 with another $200 to go. I cannot aford a lawyer to help me with this. This is just bad business, I have nothing to show for this, NO HOUSE, NO MONEY, NOTHING I borrowed Nothing. The Company is charging me fees that would have been applied when I closed the loan such as 2% origination fee. I did not Close no loan. PLEASE HELP?
