Ripoff. Company claimed to be paying off my debtors but I recived notice from collections after I was told they had been settled

I retained Rapid Debtx's services about 2 years ago to help me clear up my outstanding debt. They made contact with my creditors and made offers but shortly after I was done with their services I recived notice of collection from some of my creditors.

After contacting them I was told that Rapid Debtx made offers to settle on my behalf and the offers were accepted by my creditors but no money was ever sent.

I have been trying to get in touch with them for the past month but no one answers. The first few calls I got a message but no the phone just rings.
