Bait and switch - offered credit card switched it to nothing

Called me several times offering a credit card at 6 percent interest and I could transfer debts from other cards that charge higher interest, they told me I would be charged 249 dollars for a Mastercard. All I got was a package that contained absolutly worthless items, When I called them they told me I got the package and that I had to fill out another form for a debit car

I contacted the company at 866-642-9465
several times and keep getting the run around.
All I want is for the Federal Consumer Protection Agency to shut these people down. I also want my 249 dollars back.
