They sent me a letter promising a "platinum card" with a credit limit of 10,000 dollars. They told me it would be refunded in 60 days "guaranteed". They also said "Your satisfaction is guaranteed!" Yea, right. They took my money and sent me nothing. I tried to call the number I found on the internet (which is not included in the letter) and called. I was on hold for about three days!!! I emailed them, no response. I just want my money back.
