Ripoff LIED, False Advertising

Unlike other reports I have read, I did receive the book "America's Secret Cash Giveaways", but found it not to be of any use to me. So as guaranteed, I returned it for my full refund and have heard nothing since. I have called, but only get a machine. I have confirmed delivery of my letter from the USPost Office on April 19 at 7:53A.M. Now I don't know where else to go. They definately ripped me off. It won't happen again!!
