Excessive overdraft fees, allowed activity on a closed account, RIPOFF!

Cititzens Bank allowed numerous overdraft charges to be accumulated for the same check, upon which I closed the account with a zero balance. Two weeks later I received another overdraft notice on an account that should have been closed. Not only was the electronic fee erroneously charged by a service for which I had canceled mebership, but Citizens allowed the charge to go through, then charged me $38 dollars because it went into a negative balance.
