Aurora credited extra principal payments (which were marketed) to a "suspense account" rather than apply them to principal. My interest is charged on the average monthly balance so I was charged extra interest. Every error made my Aurora is in their favor and against the consumer. When I asked for a payoff letter they requested an amount that did not credit the suspense balance.
