Hrs... Why. Oh. Why in business to Rip Consumers off

Seems that HRS is in the business to Rip Consumers off.
As with most companies in the world that have a finance group you can call and get a reasonable resolution to a situation you might be in. But with HRS they treat people as thought they no nothing about bill paying. We as the consumers of the world are the bread and butter that keep those people in a job which in some cases we do have the luxury of a job if you work in some industries. So no matter what the situation HRS refuses to work with the people whom put food on their tables. Seems something is not quite right this company.
With technology today you would thing that they would have a online payment process but that would require them to work with the consumer and that would in turn not allow them to rape us of the late fees we continue to give to them.

People beware... Try not to get stuck with HRS the rip off artists.
