Ripoff - Good riddance too bad rubbish!

HFC was contacted for a payoff statement on two accounts - now suddenly their claiming our payments our being received late. One payment was sent 1/22/02 from Riverside, CA to City of Industry, CA and they claim they did not receive it until 2/8/02. On top of that when the escrow company called to get an updated payoff amount HFC wants us to pay another $60 for the update. We can't get a supervisor, getting calls returned is a joke, we have to constantly call them back and jump thru hoops to get the right person on the phone and when she does get on the line you get nothing but bad attitude!!! Good ridance to bad rubbish!
