Ripoff / Debt Elimination Scam

I actually answered an ad about a sales position and met Bill Gute in Tallahassee Fl. He seemed like a genuine guy and excited about this company which supposedly had been around for a while and was through loops holes in the law elimintating debt. Not restructuring but actually eliminating. I decided that before I could sell the service I would try it out and then I would have first hand expierence. I paid them almost $4000 for the amount of debt that I had - they have so much documentation that seems to back up the claims.

Needless to say I recieved little communication from them and only typical responses - it is all in the works, the bank is taking time to respond - "I have all of my family members in this too" The owner told me. I was sued by Chase had to make a large outlay to keep it from going any further and have ended up in just a mess with that credit card company. I have sent certified return reciept request for a refund of my money - especially since they claim a full 100% refund if the debt is not eliminated.

I was even told on one call that they had worked out a deal that the credit card company was going to pay back the fee I had paid to New leaf - Quantum. I hope that other people read the reports on this company before signing up. I had so many people who were interested in finding out if this worked and I am glad that I asked them to wait to let me see how mine turned out. I would hate to have people feel about me like I do about Bill Gute in Tallahassee
