Overlimit Fees RIPOFF

I also got $170 in overlimit fees, because of the way that credit charges are presented to the bank. I found out this morning they use the largest amount first and then deduct the rest, which I had no idea.
I called and complained the rep talked to me like a litttle kid and then I called back and complained again and they issued me $5, which really doesn't help. Also if you call and listen the the automated teller it is decieving, because it lists an Available Balance and an Actual Balance (money deducted as credit charges).
For example if you have $200 in Available Balance and then if you have $50 in Actual Balance and then have $100 deducted from your to pay a bill, the $100 is covered and then your rest of the charges follow.
