Ripoff, fraudulent billing and unneccessary charges

I got my payoff statement a bit ago and was looking at it, I found unusual charges and an escrow acct that I have no Idea as to why they have an escrow acct on my house. I am responsible for my ins. And taxes so what is this escrow acct. For? I have asked my lawyer to please find out what all these extra charges are for and why but still no response to our inquires.

I personally have found dealing with this company to be a complete nightmare and would not wish this on anyone.

We are in bankruptcy and are constantly being sent 10 notices when we are not behind. I have had to constantly prove this time and again. If there is anyone that has had any luck with this company I would love to hear from you.
