Ripoff interest chared at closing 2,150.51 late fee over 7 years 4,926.98

I had a loan with Countrywide my payments were between 1,250 1295 over 6 years. All of a sudden my payments jump up to 1557.86. I called the bank and they said it was becuase my tax's went up. After stuggling to make such large payment incesses I look at the taxs and they went up a very small ammout nothing like what they were charging me so I called them again they then told me that my insuance went up also.

I ask how much it went from 380 all the way up to 1000. The increase was becuase the whole police changed without no authorazation. Since the bank paid my tax's and insurance I wasn't informed of this till I questioned the mortage incress. I sold the property the month before my payfoff was 67,000 at closing they took 71,479.8. I called them and ask them to send me the history of my account over the course of the loan they have late charges that total 4,926.98 the most I was ever late was maybe 10 times,

The last month they charged me 2,150.51. I also want to know what happend to all the extra large payments money I sent them

After a year of paying these large payment they added it all up and drop my payments back to 1,294.4 after 8 month of receiving 1500 0r more. When I asked them about they tell me it is what it is? Can anyone help in this matter. If I didn't ask for my whole history I would never had known about the late charges.
