Ripoff, illegally charged escrow twice, Incompetent employees, Ignores customers, tarnishes your credit score

GMAC MORTGAGE overcharged me with more than a thousand dollars from a amount my insurance company credited back to them when I changed insurance company. GMAC Kept my money. Now I'm paying a higher escrow in my mortgage for two policies instead of one. GMAC MORTGAGE kept my refund credit and won't give it back. They tarnished my credit score along with Physically and mentally stressing me. I've contacted them and they won't give me an explanation. I emailed them and they return back my emails saying they won't do anything.
