Chase Bank Bait and Hook ripoff Wilmington Deleware

After offering me low rates to pay off other accounts, and shortly after my doing this they raised my base interest rate from 7.9% to 29.9%. I never had a late payment on this or any accountI have. They told me my over all credit picture showed to high of a credit to debt ratio. They don't know nor will accept my plea to prove my income is suffuicent to pay my debts. They did the same thing to my Daughter and also one of my friends.
