Biggest mistake of my life

Hello, thank you so much for the web site that you have provided for me to let my opinion be heard, already i feel i have accomplished something in this never ending task dealing with peoples lazieness and lack of skill.

I am 32 years old and had a brand new r1 that i unfortunately totalled after four months of ownership. After this accident my fiance and i decided to settle down and buy a home to get our life started.

But what we encountered was that our fine agency hrs still has me down as deliquent setting my interest rate on my mortgage sky high. Did i call? Yes i did. Where they confirmed that my balance was zero, but why do i still get statments in the mail stating i have a balance, hmmmm or why is it on my credit report???

If there is anyone out there feeling our pain that we are going through please contact me at it is really ashame that someones poor skills can ruin a future for a family, this has been very stressful and endless...
