Bait & switch! Won't remove PMI even after paid appraisal!

This is in regards to PMI removal from our home load. We jump through FH hoops. But they bait and switch us every step. We paid 168,000 for our home in we went in with NO money down and agreed to PMI. The housing market has boomed - we had our home appraised last month for $275,000.

We sent the appraisal into FH and now they have told us that we don't meet their requirement. They say we need to add on a $50,000 addition to meet the requirement to have PMI dropped - but we have paperwork from FH that staes that the principal balance of our mortgage loan must be 80% or less of the original value or our property or 75% of the current value in order to be eligibale for deletion of PMI.

Even though our paperwork states this... They will not delete! In fact, they hang up on us when we call, etc. We do not know what to do. Our house is only 6 years old. It is MINT! Our appraisal came in at a HUGE amount, yet they won't uphold their end of the deal. We are so frustrated. Can anyone please help us with these people? Please - we have no one else to turn to. I called Nicole today - very unprofessional. She lies, lies, lies!!! And is very smug & I HATE THIS COMPANY!!!
