Ripoff dishonest misleading first time buyer lied about approval loan now won't return phone calls conartist

I really enjoyed meeting this person. Our conversations on the phone were nice and he seemed very helpful. It was nice to have someone give a first time buyers the needed information to feel secure in buying their first home. Unfortunately it didn't stay that way. We have been displeased in such a way that it has ruined our first home buying experience. Not only did he give me the run around concerning valid questions regarding the loan, he ignored my phone calls and emails when he clearly knew we had made an offer on the house.

I was given pre-approval letter in writing and stated to make and offer on the house. Everything was a go as long as our credit score didn't go down. I traveled across the United States to visit this house, came back, made an offer, told Jerry about it, left several emails and messages and he is ignoring us now and there is no deal. Horrible experience and I do not recommend this person to anyone buying a home. Misleading, deceiving and dishonest.

If there was something wrong with the loan afterall, a phone call was all that was needed to tell us, but this company and person made a wonderful situation into horrible experience.
