Ripoff A never ending Scam There got to be a way to stop them

Citibank agreed to dispute the amount (9.95) but next month thre was again. Once again had to file a dispute. The only option given was to cancell the card or change to a new number.

There got to be a way to stop them and for the banks to have them on a "black list" to reject any of their charges to their cardholders.
