Visa Said it was a visa card with a 10,000.00 spending limit Of course I had to put it in the card cause it's a prepaid card Ripoff Internet

They gave me a call and told me about the 10,000.00 visa card but they didn't tell me it was a prepaid debit card or that I had to wait 14-21 days. They said I would get my card in 7-10 days and it's now been 22 days and I still havent received it. And when I called to ask them for my money back they say they told me it was non-refundable, and that it was recorded I asked to hear that recording and they played it to me but I never heard any of that. I know they did their trick so that it would be recorded but I wouldn't hear it. I hate them I don't know how they can sleep at night. All I know is I want my money back. And I will do anything to get it.
