Chase Credit Cards
Lies, deceit, discrimination Ripoff!

It first started when Chase raised our rate to 29%. When we called and questioned it because we have never missed a payment and we never late we were told that due to high balances and too much debt we were too high a risk to file bankrupcy (discrimination)

We told the Customer service rep to please close our account and let us know the final balance and that we would pay it off. We refinanced our house so we can pay most of our credit cards off (especially chase) we called chase to verify how much we owed and paid it off (we overpaid and they wound up owing us like 9 dollars)

We get a statement in the mail that we owe interest. When we called and told them that multiple people and a supervisor gave us the pay off amount and never mentioned the interest. We fought with them and their answer was basically "just pay for it you wont win this fight" so reluctently we paid it off.

A few weeks later my wife called chase to find out when we were getting the refund and she was told that we aren't entitled to it we owe 40 more dollars in interest when asked why we were told that since the invoice printed before the payment was posted there is interest. Again we were never told about this and we spoke to numerous people.

We are being punished because we paid the credit card off and Chase will no longer make any money off us. We were also told that they wont do anything about the interest because we got irrate the last call (well wouldnt you?) and we should just write to corporate and he hung up on us!

Here is the truest form of Discrimination, Lies, and deceit. If you own a chase credit card beware! You WILL be lied to.
