Federal Bank is truly destroying the american dream and wiping out our bank accounts!

Wow talk about a nightmare. Every entry in here describes our experience with Ocwen to a T. Let start with our mortgage (which was never behind) was sold to Ocwen. Of course we were told Ocwen would notify us of our billing address. They did 6 weeks later. So they insisted we get on the forbearance plan right from the start... After we recieved the paperwork we decided it wasn't in our best interest to sign it.

Well guess what they put us on it anyway. Which raised our payment 200 per month and surely doesnt benefit us because of the added interest and lates fees. Now we are refinancing to end the nightmare but guess what I got our pay off quote today. Ocwen is charging me almost 4000 in interest for a loan they will no longer be servicing. So instead of the balance going down it went up 4000.

And for there collection practices. They call all day. Don't answer when you say hello. The law states no calls before 8 am. Lets try we got calls from them at 7:30 am. And when I asked for a supervisor to complain they simply hung up.
