Ripoff irresponsible

I hope anyone who is involved with this company pays attention to there account. This company is a rip-off and should not be aloud to be in business.

I was on a payment plan with them and had them do an electronic funds transfer (eft) for an agreed amount. When checking my online banking account I noticed that they took out an extra $402.22 which was not agreed upon.

I have been fighting with them for three (3) weeks now to get the money back. Not only when payments were taken out of my account I was charged with alot of extra fees, like drive buys to see if we lived in the house and etc. Payments mailed in were not credited for 2 to 3 weeks which resulted in extra fees.

Contacting this company will only make you frustrated because you will get a run around and your problems will never get straightened out. If I have to I will get out from this company even if I have to pay a penalty since my two years is not up with them.
