Ripoff, Needs to learn proper bookeeping procedures!

We too were unlucky enough to have our loan sold to Ocwen. We only had to have them for 3 months and that 3 months they managed to loose payments, not post them, I had to call them to find out what was going on.in the end we were able to refinance and get rid of this company. But not without a prepayment penalty of 1,500. For 3 months of hell. I still haven't received the correct 1098. My next call will be the IRS. Since my taxes are ready to go, just wainting on OCWEN. I feel for all of you still having to deal with them.
