Ripoff gave me a prepayment penalty without my knowledge

Ocwen Federal Bank is unethical. They gave me a prepayment penalty good for five years without my knowledge. The way I found out was after I had the loan a couple of years and went to refinance when rates were lower, then Ocwen informed me of $60,000 fee. I was floored and have had to keep my loan with Ocwen. Someone needs to investigate this company.
