Continual Fees From A Closed Company ripoff

Does anyone have information regarding fees that I am continually charged by this defunct company? I have tried to settle this account with no luck, seems no one wants to listen and in the mean time I continue to be charged interest on a card I can't use. What are the laws or regualtions in this area?
