Criminally raising interest rates on CLOSED ACCOUNTS

FCNB MC Account opened in April and due to poor customer service I closed it 8 months later. Due to payment posting delays I started to FED-Ex the payments. I continued to have problems and one payment would be posted on time and the other 14 days later and after due date and they were both in the same fed-ex envelope. I was then charged an annual fee on a closed account and they agreed to take the fee off I was charged an over the limit fee due to the annual fee and then a late fee on top of that.

I have sent numerous letters with no response. On top of the continual late fees on the 2 year CLOSED account... They raised my interest rate by 6.5% a year ago... With no new charges and the account had been closed for over a year. According to my very detailed and accurate calculations they owe me $67.53 since November however they show a balance of $272.00

Some please start this CLASS ACTION SUIT. I finally received a response on my fourth letter and I was told that they would not reduce the amount due because I agreed to the terms of the account. No matter what the terms of the account are I don't believe they can raise my interest rate by 6.5% on a closed account... I get about 20 calls a day from NCO Financial and I continually tell them that I have submitted a letter to FCNB, but they don't care... Someone help...
