Ripoff Unavailable and Deceptive

After owning our home for only a month our loan was sold to ASC. We have extremely good credit and fear that it may be at risk as a result of the lack of follow-through from ASC. We have a P.O. Box and for the first 5 months waited for a payment book or something... Ended up having to call 10 times to get anyone on the phone and once I did, they told me that they had sent out 5 bills, none of which we received!

Now I am balancing my checkbook and find that ASC hasn't cashed in my last two checks. My next step is to go on the 'net to try and contact someone to make sure it was received but instead I found the BBB site! I can't believe there are others out there who are having all the same problems! Does anyone know how we can find a different lender? Please help! I wasnt to get away from these guys. I am scared.
