Illegal practices and deceptive rip off artists Ripoff

I signed up with a mortgage broker 2 years ago, who in turn, sold my loan to America's Servicing Company. Since that time it has been a living hell. The have misdirected our payments and then charged us late fees even when we overpaid on the monthly payment, they also lied to the companies that I tried to refi with, saying that I have a 3 year pre payment penalty.in fact, my original loan doc when I bought the home say 24 months. They did not respond to my re fi company for a payoff balance. After requesting this for two weeks, I had a conference call with ASC and my re fi company. The Re fi manager asked why they had not gotten back to them and they refused to give an answer. Even on the phone they refused to say what the payoff was. As a result, my loan to debt ratio was changed and it adversely affected my credit score and I could not get the re fi. After a month of this, I ended up with heart palpitations and was 911'ed to the local hospital, with my heart stopping while enroute. This company is now trying to forclose on my home. We are two months behind payment because in two years they have raised our payment from $1472 a month to over $3150 a month, all the while they tack on late fees. I have attempted to make a monthly payment but they refuse any money at all now, wanting the whole two months plus late charges. I am now forced to sell my home. I intend on selling it for the sole purpose of getting out of this loan. I then intend to sue America's servicing company, not only for the illegal practice of changing the pre payment penalty dates, but also for the the stress that led to my heart palpitations. I would be very interested in knowing if there is any move toward a class action suit against this company. I have all my documentation and can have testimony from the Re fi companies and my original realtor as to what ASC has done.
