During my investigating I found that OSI / Gulf States AT&T Broadband has never operated as a business offering broadband internet access (what a surprise, they told me they bought themselves out and became a debt collection agency). The original creditor on my collection was shown as OSI Gulf States AT&T Broadband. I wish anyone the best of luck getting ahold of anyone at MGC. I've only been able to get through once. Right now the Reaper is in the process of taking in enough information to turn this fraudlant collection agency over to The Missouri State Attorney General's Office of consumer fraud. I strongly urge you to send a bunch of certified mail and calls to these companies and sound off. Notify your state's consumer fraud department. Send them more certified mail. Give the wretched winches they have working in their offices writer's cramp and carpal tunnel.
