Ripoff, coerced myself and many other people into believing I was to pay them $245.00 for an unsecured MasterCard

I like many of you experienced the exact same treatment. I have read all the stories and they are all identical. The only differences in the stories are the dealings with the different personalities of the FAKE Customer service setup that this company is using.

These Centurion Financial Benefits customer service people are fakes and are as ruthless as they come, and seem somewhat uneducated. Obviously briefed that WE may call.

I called immediately after I got the letter as all of you did as well. When I called it was a mere replica what most of us had already experienced, The person on the other end Would not provide a name, No supervisor and no help what so ever. She played the edited recording "which cuts off 3/4 of what was really said then she told me there was no way i was getting my money back.

I laughed and remained polite, "its hard to hang up on someone when they are polite" but i felt it coming. I repeated to ask her who I could call about this, and she kept saying. "No one" with a slight snicker tone to her voice, we were playing the game. I asked her name she said my name is "No One" I asked again she said "A person"

Finally she says Oh well too bad. If you want you money just call the FBI. I said the FBI? Yes the FBI. Then I laughed and said. Ooohh this is good one, she laughed as well. Then I said thanks for all of your help and hung up.

Delayed the letter/packet from arriving sooner so they could steal from our accounts while we were waiting for the fake Credit card to arrive. Time was of the essence, and the scam looks well covered, because here we are... Scammed.

There are no reports as far as I know of anyone getting their money refunded from this horrible scam.
