My parents and i were in a foreclosure hearing on march 3, fighting to prove that this comany emc and their agents of association, were trying to steal my parents property. This mortgage company has been preying on my folks for a long time despite the fact that they were aware of their health and financial conditions. These heartless and thoughtless professionals are out here seeking those people they can run the "oakie doke"game on.

We too are their victims! Victims of false info, fraudulent charges, ridiculous paymement plans, foreclosure threats, dealing with incompetent representatives and the list goes on and on. The hearing was continued until march 17. WHY? THEY HAD NO PROOF OF THEIR LIES, their false quotes and accussations, not even the payment history. This is not over for us, we want JUSTICE AND PEACE!
