Twin Cities Group - Novastar Home Mortgage - low life, snake, bad business practices sucked the life out of anyone he came in contact with

Finally!!! Someone has stepped up to the plate to inform the public about what this guy has been doing to people for years. John J Beckstrand does not limit himself to ripping off clients, he consistently rips off friends and family also. A friend of mine has done business with J for many years, and has been screwed over and over again. Client that he put in to contact with J are consistently being screwed. Beckstrand - will have a friend purchase a property out of forclosure, and promise x amount of dollar, these deal are great for the investor if everyone hold there end of the bargain.

Beckstrand now owes three seperate investors that I know personally, more than 20,000 a piece in fees that were promised but were never paid. He has put clients in position where he know's that these foreclosed clients will not be able to make the mortgage payment, and then the investor is screwed in the end because when they start the process of trying to sell the home, he has jacked the appraisal price up, and the investor owe more than what the home is worth. This is a common practice for Mr Beckstrand. He has not had the same group of people working in his office for longer than a year. It takes employee about nine months to realize what is really going on there. I've talked to numerous people that have left. And it is apparant that Mr. Beckstrand is and very intelligent man that has used his intelligence to manipulate the system for year, without having to deal with the backlash.

It is time for Minnesota and the Mortgage industry to put a stop to individuls with chracters flaws of this nature. You may change your companies name but the root of the problem is still John J Beckstrand
