Ripoff screwed me out of money lied about fees owed to company wouldn't pay me out on commision wouldn't give me my final paycheck

I worked for J for several months. I was not given the raise I was promissed I would recieve after 3 months. I was also not given the volume I was promissed I would receive.

Due to my finanical struggles I was forced to leave the company. I gave notice and left on good terms. I told everyone that the only reason I was leaving was due to finanical difficuties.

I asked J for my last paycheck for over a week. Fianlly I went into the office to ask him for my paycheck. He told me I would not be getting a paycheck. He told me that I owed him money. Being that I knew this wasn't true I asked for invoices. He told me he would get them to me but never did. When I asked about it again he told me I would have to find a way to get them myself. Being that the fees were made up, this was obviously not possible.

I received several rude emails from J, but never received my last paycheck. I was also never given invoice for the money he claimed I owed. He also has personal property of mine (my real estate lock boxes) which he has failed to return as well.

I do not have the money to take this to court and the amount owed to me overall is not much compared to most peoples' standards. However I would like any assistance possible to serve justice. I am not the first person he has done this too and I know I will not be the last...
