ASC cheats customers systematically by manipulating their escrow accounts. ASC would not explain an increase of about $ 400 per year in escrow charges. Letters and faxes have remained unanswered until today.

We filed a complaint with the Arizona Banking Dept. The answer was: "Recently we received correspondence concerning a certain matter which appears to be more clearly within the jurisdiction of your agency" (forwarding the complaint to the MD Banking Department, because the company is located in Maryland).

After a month we received the answer from Maryland: "Unfortunately, your dispute does not fall under the Commissioner's jurisdiction" (Because we are Arizona residents.)

No wonder that ASC can go on cheating people if the authorities cover them up.
