Ripoff escrow payments Frederick Maryland

I have been serviced by ASC for about a year having been transfered from Fairbanks Capital. Recently I received a letter stating that my Escrow was in deficit $2000. Due to higher taxes. I am not sure at this point who is culpable for this. Whether Fairbanks under estimated my taxes or ASC over estimate them. But I will definately pursue this.
