Ripoff - I can't get the service I am paying for! FREE" reporting for a month rip off BULL!

I fell for the "FREE" reporting for a month, with the choice to. Not only was I never able to access my
information after the first day, I haven't been able to contact this company to get help!

The website they gave me does not give me an option to access my account The phone number on my credit card bill always leads to voicemail; no option to leave a message!
