Ripoff took $2350 and I still owe the IRS

I lost my high paying job and was not able to find another. So I had to take money from 401k's to live (married w/kids). We ended up owing the IRS about $6000. We also ended up selling our house (just before foreclosure occured) and filing bankruptcy.
We didn't and still don't have the money to pay the IRS, and with our credit problems that we now have - there is no one out there to give us a loan.

So I used $2350 from the $7000 we made on the house (we had other things, like medicine and food to buy also) and gave it to JK Harris to help us settle with the IRS. They sat there and took my money told that they would handle everything and now 2 years later, I owe the IRS even more, and they KNEW that only debts over $46,000 (for our income bracket) would go through at the IRS. They KNEW that and still took my money. They offered to give me back $1800,25% "filing fee". I asked them to try again, because I just barely keep the lights on right now, and again they said we would have to owe over $47,000.

They are liars and cheats and I hope someone stops them. I would contact an atty, except - guess what they want money. The one thing I don't have much of.
So I guess I'm just f*ed..
