Credit card ripoff

I was ripped off and taken for 249.00, i agreed to have it debited from my account but never did they record me saying i agreed to a prepaid or stored value card. I also was ripped off my usa shopping club so do not whatsoever sign up with them either they say you have to pay in full for all bargain merchandise and that is all there is on there website

I have been waiting to get this to keep my utilities on and keep food on the table i am livid and if no one wants to call there local media i will i am on a fixed income and would like to contact fbi and local and national media

I cannot afford to lose 249.00
i will have no phone or lights now anyone interested in filing a class action lawsuit and being part of my info to fbi
