Ripoff, liars, do not return refund, information wrong

I called in january to start a home business, they tell u their is one fee, and u'll get everything that is needed in the kit. Wrong, thats not true. When i got my kit, it had a piece of lace a board, a tube of paint for 31.00. Then i'm told i need to spend 100.00 more for the supplies. I refused and returned what they sent me. They told me they could send back the 31.00 but not the shipping fee. But i recieved refund, but could not cash it, due to account seized. Now i'm stuck, dont let it be u.
