Ripoff! Credit card scam! Fraudulent!

I was scammed by this comapny last year and even though it was about 5 months ago, if we can get a hold of them, they have excuses. The representative flat out LIED to us and then recorded us saying yes we understand. We have sent a letter to the Clinton County DA's office and we plan to file police reports here in our state and New York.
We will even be willing to hire an attorney to settle this just so they can't do this to other people. Yes we all should be cautioned to never give out such personal information on the phone but the bottom line is that we did and now we need to all fight it.
