I entered into a contract with this company based on the salesman's pitch and the need for a cash dispensal unit verses checks (which have been known to be rubber, on occasion). The salesman told me he knew what to put down for "foot traffic" (whatever that is).
I entered into the lease agreement and was guaranteed a $200.00 rebate each and every month for the 60 month term of the lease. I was told I would receive a statement and a check by the fifth of each month. After four months the checks and the statements ceased. When I called and spoke with Suzanna Dean, I was told I had lied on the application and did not have the "foot traffic" I had stated I would. One problem with that, I had not even open yet when the salesman came in and sold me the unit (ATM). Retail is finicky,
You Just Never Know! The unit needed repaired and when the repairman arrived he asked how business had been, I said okay I guess, a little slow this week only about 35 people or so a day but it'll pick up. He reported to IMS I stated only 35 per day and not going to get better!
I spoke again with Suzanna who told me she would sue me if I changed processors and she would not be paying me any more of the rebates as the salesman should not have sold me an ATM in the first place.
She authorized the delivery of this ATM. She had the final say and the salesman was just that, the SALESMAN! I am now stuck with this ATM and must pay for it every month. After contacting the leasing company, I was notified that IMS received $11, &. 00 for an ATM which IMS told me I could buy out the lease at any time for the balance left on the $5,785.00 original price!
I wil have to pay the $11, &. 00 back to the leasing company. Oh, ain't it great to get ripped off.
